If you Have an E-mail Address Already on File with NEHA, read the directions below and click here to begin.
Step 1. Note: you do not have an existing password that will work if you are a first-time visitor to the new online registration system. You will be issued a password to use in this system by following Steps 2-4 below.
Step 2. Simply enter the e-mail address you have on file with NEHA in the Primary E-Mail Address box. If you have entered the e-mail address NEHA has on file, you will see text confirming that the e-mail address is already registered in our database.
Step 3. Next, click on the “click here” link in the second sentence where it says, “forgot your password”; this will take you to a page where you will confirm your email address and be sent a link via email to create a new password.
Step 4. Confirm the e-mail address in the box and hit “Go”.
Step 5. You will then receive an e-mail from staff@neha.org to reset your password. Use the one-time use link provided in the e-mail, and reset your password to your liking.
